Account Management and Security

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission from mbi8win. This prohibition includes the use of brand names, logos, or images for commercial or marketing purposes without official approval.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Self-Exclusion

mbi8win reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Failed age verification — users found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or suspicious transactions.
• Opening of multiple accounts by the same individual.

Platform Liability Limit

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the legal principles applicable under the platform's operating licence. The Malay language version of this document is the primary reference version for Malaysian users.
